FAQ
Are e-learning modules mandatory to follow?
No, you can enroll and explore whatever module you are interested in. However, we advise to take module 0 before exploring the other 4 modules, since it represents an introduction to democratic dialogue for addressing controversial issues at school exploring strategies for turning such issues into positive pedagogical opportunities, while modules 1 to 4 offer in-depth guidance on specific controversial issues that may arise in classroom, supporting teachers in exploring the topic and be ready to facilitate democratic dialogue with the students about it.
Please, note that if you decide to complete all the 5 modules of the DD@S e-learning programme, you will be able to receive a certificate.
May I receive a certificate for completing one or more modules?
You will be able to receive a certificate of participation, after having completed the whole gamification-based online training, including all 5 modules.
Are the contents, activities and handouts downloadable on private devices?
Yes, at the end of each module you will be able to download a folder with all the materials included in the module, so that you will be able to access them in PDF format.
Anyway, we would like to underline that the modules have been conceived to be part of a gamification based online training, and hence the gamification elements cannot be accessible offline.
