Bijvoorbeeld: &#8220;Tijdens deze activiteit bespreken we ruziescenario&#8217;s\/scenario&#8217;s van gewelddadige incidenten (echt of denkbeeldig) die op jullie school plaatsvinden en denken we kritisch na over hoe we hierop kunnen reageren en hoe we ze kunnen voorkomen.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Het is ook belangrijk om basisregels op te stellen. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld aan de volwassen leerlingen uitleggen dat dit een veilige open ruimte is, waar ieders inbreng evenveel gewaardeerd wordt, en dat geen enkel idee slecht is zolang we elkaar respecteren.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Verdeel de deelnemers in tweetallen of kleine groepjes (maximaal 3-4 personen).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Geef elk tweetal (of kleine groep) de volgende inleiding om hun eigen casus\/scenario te ontwikkelen (er is ook een hand-out beschikbaar):<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Op onze school zijn er vaak\/van tijd tot tijd ruzies en geweldsincidenten. Jongens en meisjes, kinderen uit andere landen, fans van rivaliserende teams, leerlingen met verschillende sociaaleconomische achtergronden of &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. (je mag zelf verder invullen) hebben vaak verbale of fysieke conflicten met elkaar en soms spreken ze zelfs af om te &#8220;vechten&#8221; tijdens de pauzes of na schooltijd. De redenen achter deze incidenten zijn&#8230;&#8230;. Als gevolg hiervan,&#8230;&#8230;..&#8221;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Vraag alle tweetallen om hun scenario&#8217;s uit te werken op basis van hun persoonlijke ervaring, kennis en meningen. In elk geval moeten de deelnemers \u00e9\u00e9n scenario beschrijven en de redenen achter het conflict en de gevolgen ervan uitleggen. De volgende vragen worden gegeven om de groepen te helpen:\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wat is er aan de hand?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie is betrokken bij dit conflict en wie wordt erdoor getroffen?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wat zijn de redenen achter dit conflict?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wat zijn de gevolgen?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je kunt persoonlijke groepsdiscussies houden in klasomgevingen of online groepsdiscussies\/break out rooms of zelfs persoonlijke\/priv\u00e9berichten naar elkaar sturen in een e-learningomgeving.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Geef elk paar\/team 15-20 minuten om zich voor te bereiden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Vraag aan alle tweetallen\/groepen om \u00e9\u00e9n woordvoerder aan te wijzen en hun gedachten\/antwoorden over hun taak te presenteren.
