Lo scopo \u00e8 quello di coinvolgere l\u025c studenti in un dialogo e permettere loro di elaborare le loro tesi sulla base di fatti e non di pregiudizi e stereotipi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nel facilitare l\u2019attivit\u00e0 potresti servirti dei seguenti esempi:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Importanza e vantaggi connessi all\u2019affrontare questioni controverse in classe come aiutare l\u025c studenti a sviluppare una maggiore empatia e comprensione, presentare in classe problemi reali per coinvolgere l\u025c studenti, incoraggiare la partecipazione attivazione e la cittadinanza democratica, lavorare sulla comunicazione e la capacit\u00e0 di pensiero critico (valutare le prove, affrontare pregiudizi e stereotipi).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategie di comunicazione efficaci per discutere di questioni controverse quali l\u2019ascolto attivo, l\u2019uso di un linguaggio rispettoso, l\u2019empatia, il dialogo costruttivo, la diversit\u00e0, i gruppi di discussione, ecc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">strategie e attivit\u00e0 pensate per introdurre e affrontare questioni controverse come l\u2019utilizzo di casi studio, dibattiti, giochi di ruolo, discussioni su articoli e ascolto di podcast.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ogni insegnante pu\u00f2 servirsi di diversi approcci nel corso di un dibattito o una discussione incentrata su questioni controverse quali:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Approccio neutrale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: rimanere neutrale e limitarsi a moderare la discussione senza condividere opinioni personali. In questo modo si evita di influenzare la classe, ma a lungo andare potrebbe essere una posizione difficile da mantenere specialmente qualora l\u025c studenti dovessero condividere delle opinioni che non hanno alcun legame con la realt\u00e0. Si rischia involontariamente di rafforzare gli atteggiamenti pre-esistenti e di mettere in dubbio la posizione dell\u2019insegnante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Approccio equilibrato: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">consiste nel presentare diversi punti di vista su una questione senza rivelare la posizione assunta dall\u2019insegnante. Questo approccio consente di dimostrare la complessit\u00e0 della questione, ma potrebbe dare l\u2019impressione che tutte le opinioni siano ugualmente valide e contribuire, quindi, a rafforzare gli stereotipi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Avvocato del diavolo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: assumere la posizione opposta per incoraggiare la condivisione di diversi punti di vista. Aiuta a promuovere opinioni diverse, tuttavia l\u025c studenti potrebbero pensare che l\u2019insegnante la pensi realmente cos\u00ec. Se fatto in maniera troppo convincente, porrebbe confermare gli stereotipi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Presentazione delle proprie convinzioni<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: condividere le proprie convinzioni nel corso della discussione. In questo modo \u00e8 possibile presentare un modello per gestire le questioni controverse, ma l\u025c studenti potrebbero essere portati ad adottare la visione dell\u2019insegnante.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Comportarsi da alleat\u025c:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prendere le parti di un gruppo o dell\u025c studenti. In questo modo l\u025c studenti emarginat\u025c possono avere una voce, ma potrebbe sembrare che l\u2019insegnante voglia costringere la classe ad adottare il suo punto di vista o faccia dei favoritismi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Adozione di una linea ufficiale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: adottare la linea ufficiale. In questo modo si d\u00e0 legittimit\u00e0 alle proprie tesi. Tuttavia, questo approccio potrebbe compromettere la posizione dell\u025c insegnanti che non sono d\u2019accordo.
